>> My name is Mark Daniel Harrison. When I do for a living? I'm an admissions nurse for the Hospice of Central Pennsylvania. You come in. You get a list of individuals that you try and make, I guess, a plan of how you want to attack the day kind of thing. Where you want to go and go from there. Talk to family members. See if they are available for those times. Talk to social workers or case managers at hospitals. So it's talking to families and staff at hospitals as far as following up on patients' information and making sure, you know, everybody can meet at the right time. So it's all about a coordination of schedules. And then from there, you go and visit people and trying communicate what, you know, hospice does as far as taking care of the family. Doing what's necessary for these people at whatever stage they're at at this point in time. Whether it's an end-stage kind of situation or it's, you know, the beginning of that kind of thing. Trying to see how it best fits, whether they need to stay in the hospital, go home, or staying at home, how to care for them. You know, trying to get a whole idea of their history, of their picture, so that basically you know what's going on so that you can tell somebody else, so that you can assess where they're at, so that you can recommend what needs to be done kind of next kind of thing.
