My name is Jack Terry, I'm a Defense Contractor with Leidos, I've been working in the Columbia office for the last 14 years. I'm the Deputy Operations Manager for the Cyber and SIGINT Operation out of Columbia, Maryland, so our focus, primarily, is on the customer on Fort Meade. Two primary customers on Fort Meade, both NSA and U.S. Cyber Command. In a general sense, it could be enterprise IT support for a particular organization that has world-wide reach, it could be a very niche software development product that has never been developed before, and we have a set of requirements that we believe are refined, but we're bidding on work that is kind of green field for us, not really been touched. So it's a wide variety, we focus, mainly, on higher-end, innovative technologies, rather than what we like to call, just, government seat work, that is, placing bodies next to the government to work on a daily basis. A busy week, probably, a handful of program reviews, so, two hour reviews on our large-scale programs in which we look at everything from cost, technical, schedule execution. Probably a handful of employees coming to my office to talk about challenges, things that they wanna improve on, maybe training they wanna take in the future. Probably couple that with five or six customer meetings, some at lower levels, some at more senior executive levels, depending on the action of the day. And generally, at least from my perspective, the fire of the day, you know, we tend to try to keep a priority list of about 10 major things that we need to do. My focus is always on those. So, they change everyday, if not every hour, but, got a great team, got a great leadership team, but when they're unable to execute, I often grab those harder problems and run with them myself.
